Honey Ginger Tea ~ 蜜糖姜茶


今天的我不喝咖啡和茶了!改喝姜茶,晕啊!很不像我咯。但是没办法,因为肚子很不舒服。唉..T.T


女生们,不妨煮些姜茶来喝。很不错的,喝了后感觉舒服多了!经痛喝姜茶,能帮助舒暖经痛。不过要记得喝温的,会更有效...^^

p.s: ~ 

*把姜切片,然后就放进锅里煮滚它。我通常都会褒一小锅,因为可以喝上一整天嘛。
*可以考虑加入些红枣,老人家说有补血作用??不懂??哈哈。。
*如果你喜欢姜的话可以放多几片,不过太多会有点辣而且会发热气哦!其实是随各人喜好啦。。
*姜水煮好后,要记得乘热喝(温),才会比较有效哦!最后就在杯里放一或两汤匙的蜜糖就好了。。

Yogurt Fruity Bites ~ ^^

I saw this from one of my friend's site,such a very special snack huh! Actually i'm very like to eat potato crisps,but found it too salty. After topping it with some fresh fruits and yogurt,wow...Taste totally different,very nice!!!

我们的“第一次”...=)

今晚,我和佩婷(housemate)一起煮我俩最爱的苦瓜!我们这两个瓜都不会下厨,每天都是吃外面卖的食物。今天我们终于鼓起勇气,勇敢的踏出第一步!哈哈。。不错吧?

因为这粒苦瓜实在是太大了,拿来煲汤后还剩下很多没煮完。想到不要浪费掉,就拿来炒蛋咯。。反正我们都爱苦瓜,再多我们都吃得完。嘻嘻嘻。。

最后!!买太多黄瓜,以为要拿来当 salad 吃。但是吃多了就觉得很腻,就拿来炒虾米咯。。

p.s: ♥    今天的晚餐真的是"两菜一汤"..全部都是青青的,也许许多人都不太喜欢。。不过我喜欢菜多过肉!!

蔬菜炒饭 ~ Vegetable Fried Rice



哈哈.. 其实是想来个海鲜炒饭, 不过冰箱里实在是有太多的菜了! 所以只好炒蔬菜炒饭, 嘻嘻... 我最喜欢吃炒饭了, 因为可以加入自己喜欢的材料。 最重要的是 - 容易!! 我相信每个人都会炒饭啦...^^

Black Pepper Seafood Pasta

今天的晚餐 ~ Black Pepper Seafood Pasta ~


之前在 Swenson 吃过这个 pasta 两次,我就一直对它恋恋不忘!过后因为工作的关系,我被调派到一个蛮 kampung 的地方,哈哈哈!这里没有 Swenson 呀,我很难可以再次吃到这个 pasta 了。在这里足足呆了+流口水了将近一年,我才决定自己下厨。我真的是懒到无药可救了,老天!

** 这是我第一次尝试煮这款 pasta 哦,味道绝对没有问题!跟 Swenson 的简直可以媲美哦,嘻嘻。。


Recipe ~ 

Ingredients
Pasta – spaghetti or linguine (any type as you prefer)
Small onion, chopped or sliced (preferable)
Garlic, chopped
Fresh or dried mushroom, sliced
Prawns, peeled and deveined
Crabstick, sliced diagonally
2 tbsp black pepper sauce (for 1 person portion)
2 tbsp water
Salt and coarsely ground black pepper to taste
Italian herbs, chopped
Capsicum
Clams
Olive oil
Spring onion

Method
  1. Bring a large saucepan of salted water to a boil and add the spaghetti. Stir well and boil rapidly until the pasta is al dente. Drained.
  2. In a pot, put in the olive oil, sauté some onions and garlic. The garlic and onions should become golden brown but don’t allow it to burn.
  3. Then put in the mushroom, prawn, clam and crabsticks. Add in black pepper sauce and water.
  4.  Make sure it’s not a high heat because you don’t want to dry out the pasta.
  5.  Lastly put in the pasta and mix thoroughly, so all the pasta is well coated with the black pepper sauce.
  6. Season with salt and more coarsely ground pepper to taste.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with Italian herbs or spring onion.

Crabstick Mayo Sandwich



厌倦了每天晚餐都吃饭啊面之类,今晚就来个 ”Crabstick Mayo Sandwich"和一杯热牛奶
今天下了长命雨,天气冷冷的。再想着我的三明治如果能够配上一杯热可可,那就更完美了...^^


不过,你们会不会觉得这比较适合当早餐呼~哈哈哈!!
